✒️ What were the main things you learned about yourself?
I need to decrease my highly independence; independence is good, but I think highly could be worse. Maybe my past and my character are different than most people around me. I hope that after a while I join here, I can decrease and no longer be so high on "do it by myself".
✒️ What are your strengths as per the test and how can the strengths you identified on both tests help you in your personal life?
I think carefully when I make a decision. Not fast, not slow

My main strengths revolve around how I interact with people. I thrive on new ideas and creative thinking. I am empathetic, but can be assertive if needed. I keep social interaction balanced with solitude, and stress with calm periods. I am original, creative, curious, and complex. :)
I am doing very well with balancing things in my life, but since I was honest, my challenges with being disorganized showed up. I am glad that is already a challenge I have been working on.

I learnt that I am conscientious, agreeable, and open-minded.

I am be relaxed, calm, secure, very responsible, organized, and very creative. These strengths are very essential in improving my relationship with others.

Being open minded is my strength however I am always nervous :/ feeling validated
1. I am easygoing. I have discovered that I am more empathetic than I thought.
2. Empathy and compassion can help me interact with people in a good and quality way.

What were the main things you learned about yourself? - I have learnt that i am higher in neuroticism and agreeableness
✒️ What are your strengths as per the test and how can the strengths you identified on both tests help you in your personal life?- My most important strength is openness to new changes and agreeableness
@Hope The main things which I learned about myself are :
Though I love creativity, I value structure.
I'm relaxed and spontaneous tending to avoid rigid obligations.
My Strengths are :
Open-Mindedness - This helps me explore new things and stay curious.
Agreeableness - This helps me with small social gatherings where I feel like myself.
✒️ What were the main things you learned about yourself?
The main things I learned about myself is that I struggle to seek out new experiences. I hope this is something I can work on and could help me become more creative.
✒️ What are your strengths as per the test and how can the strengths you identified on both tests help you in your personal life?
The test showed that although I am organised I may frequently experience strong emotion and feel stressed by challenges. In my personal life I think it is important that I recognise this and make sure I build strong boundaries and are able to take regular self care to keep my stress levels low.

I learned that I thrive on new ideas, creative thinking, structure, discipline and completing tasks to a high standard. I am reflective, enjoy spending time alone or in quiet settings and I am generally calm and even-tempered, though I may experience mild stress occasionally. I am highly compassionate, considerate and naturally cooperative.
✒️ What are your strengths as per the test and how can the strengths you identified on both tests help you in your personal life?
My strenghts are my ability to think creatively and invent new ideas while maintaining structure, discipline and having compleded tasks to a high standard. Even though I may experience some stress occasionally generally I am calm, highly compassionate, considerate and naturally cooperative. These strenghts can help me deliver high quality original work in groups even though I prefer spending time alone.
