Hi CoffeePerson198, I hope your doing good I was just reaching out to let you know that I genuinely appreciate how punctuation you are when responding to members and the effort you put into making sure you respond before 24 hours. 

That being said I feel like there might be small lack of communication between you and I I’m sure we can solve this issue very easily. I’m just concerned about the task that are due I understand if you are going through something difficult and require more time so please let me know.

hi  CoffeePerson198 , how are you doing? i am delighted   the leader of the program, i noticed your work lately you received some good reviews for empathic listening, responding time is appreciated too, but i m here to offer some help in things you can maintain like completing tasks in deadlines and communicating with me when you have attention to take a break, i want to hear from you about the challenging parts to work on it together, hope  this feedback give you some hints to improve not feel stressful.

Hi, Coffee! I hope that you're doing well. I want to let you know that you have been doing an excellent job at being punctual and displaying empathy. You've also been amazing at providing prompt responses, and I really admire your dedication and efforts overall. However, I'm wondering if everything is going okay as I have noticed that your assigned task has been left uncompleted for a while and we haven't communicated about the reason as to why this is so. I understand how taxing life can be sometimes and it can be challenging to keep up with certain obligations or tasks, but I want you to know that if you need any assistance or support, I'm here for you and you're more than welcome to reach out.
