Low Drive or Asexual?

I used to consider myself a fairly sexually active person. However, recently I have had no desire for any sexual interactions. I have been in a loving and committed relationship for several years now. We used to be more physically active earlier in our relationship. Even though we are still doing amazing, new milestones, we still have experienced a significant drop in sex. We have not had any sexual interactions in over a year now. Around that time I also had my first trip to the lady doctor and was left feeling violated and traumatized and did not want to be touched for a while after. Our relationship is great, I talked about my doctor experiences with my therapist, and I really do want to have sex. I just haven’t had any real desire to do so. I can’t tell if it’s a medical reason or if maybe I just am asexual and just not interested in it at all anymore. I’m not upset about not being active, my relationship is happy and healthy without it, it would just be fun to do some more. Any thoughts or similar experiences are greatly appreciated. Much love.
