Help me guys
So I'm kinda new here. But I've kinda known for a while I'm trans. Flicked around between labels- demigirl, genderfae, enby, demiboy, bigender, back to non-binary. I don't really know how to feel right in my own gender. I was assigned female at birth, and I'm pretty sure I'm not a girl. it just doesn't feel right. Feels like something is wrong every time I look in the mirror. I went shopping for bras and almost threw up while trying them on, the gender dysphoria was so bad. But I don't feel the overwhelming wrong all the time, so I don't know if I'm really enby or just lying to myself and everyone. I don't know if this made any sense either. Please, if anyone knows what gender I am, help me. I'm drowning in this.
@RayniDayAmbience Hello, I am not new to this site but I don't have time to visit as often as I would like. I was also assigned female at birth and I currently identify as a transgender male. I understand that feeling of anything girly giving you dysphoria. Especially when it's something that can't be helped, like shopping for bras, having to buy stuff for periods, etc. I also understand that desire to want a label, to know what I am, to show people that it's not "just a phase".
After reading what you shared, I would say you can identify as genderfluid because that label means your gender changes over time and you're not stuck with one gender to present as. You could be male, demiboy, nonbinary, the list goes on. I am not a professional and this is not a diagnosis or something that you have to live with. I believe gender is something you feel inside, and it doesn't always have to align with your physical body (though for most people, it does). Even though I was born female, I never felt connected to my body. I thought it was because of my autism. But when I was in my late teens, I found out what transgender male means, and it just felt right. So I labeled myself as a trans man.
I'm sorry if this was a lot to read. I just want you to know that you are heard and seen. If you want to find a label, I believe you should take some time to just think about it without any distractions, almost like meditating. Think about your future and how you want to live your life. Can you see yourself living the rest of your life as nonbinary? Or does something like genderfluid sound better? The choice is really up to you. This is just my suggestion. I hope you feel better soon and if you want to continue this conversation, just reply to my message. I will reply as soon as I can. Thank you for reading.

Thank you so so much for everything you said. I still don't really know - I'll have to think through everything - but this helped a lot. 🫶
@RayniDayAmbience You are very welcome. Thank you for sharing and for reading what I shared. I appreciate your response. I hope you figure things out, but know that there is no rush. Take as much time as you need to explore and experiment. I'm glad my words helped. Once again, thank you for reading and I wish you all the best on your journey.
