How to keep agender dysphoria down?

A little while ago, I started identifying as agender bc I really didn’t feel like a woman, nor a man, essentially anything. I just wanted to exist for myself but I’m really okay with any pronouns.

The problem hits me now that bc of my body size, I’ve been dressing very feminine (which isn’t bad at all, I like dressing that way) but I want to more masculine or gender neutral. I’ve been nitpicking at my voice since it’s quite high pitched and just overall not happy with the way I look.

Any advice on how to keep this down?

You can dress masculine or androgynous with any body size, oversized clothing is usually the way to go(hoodies, flannels, sweaters)

For voice dysphoria you could do some voice training, I haven't looked up anything about that before but personally I just deepen my voice a little every day and it slowly becomes a habit.
