Hello! I'm 20F and I'd like to talk about the fact that I'm not straight (most likely lesbian). I feel a lot of comphet and internalized homophobia and it's really draining me.

I just can't accept myself. I'm not outed to anyone. I think it's because some kind of shame, and i think that people will see me only through that fact, wich i find really scary and frustrating.

For a long time I didn't feel the need to out myself or to talk about it really, but now I'm starting to realize that if I don't share that part of me with someone irl, i'll fall into life i don't want to have.

And by that I mean: getting married to a man and having kids with him and having family. That just terrifies me. It feels like something society desperately wants me to do while I, myself, really do not want from my life.

So, if anyone have the same struggles, or had them in the past, please reach out, i'd really like to talk to some lesbians lmao!!

P.S. We don't have to talk about anything other then this, I won't ask you anything else personal...

I used to feel the same way you do!

I thought nobody would ever accept me for who I truly was and I thought what I felt was absolutely wrong (which, it isn't! Anybody can love who they want)

There will be people in your life that do support you and/or are apart of it, trust me! Though of course there will be people who won't accept this and will try to tear you down, best advice is to never listen to them.

I can also get coming out to people is a tough thing if you haven't already—I suggest maybe bringing it up somehow in a conversation and see how people react!

(It is also totally okay to be questioning!)

I do apologize for me not technically being a woman at all😓 I did however used to be lesbian though! (If that does helps!)

I hope this helped you somehow! I'm very sorry if it didn't!

Hey!I’m here if you want to talk…not saying i’m an expert but i will try my best to make you feel better about yourself and your sexuality ❤️

Hey, Koli! I totally understand how hard it can be to come out. I'm only out as bisexual to a few people because of the beliefs of most of my family and acquaintances. Luckily, I'm happily married to a man now, so I don't have the best advice probably, because I am too chicken to tell everyone. But I do feel sad sometimes because I am hiding a part of myself and awkward because of things they say, especially during pride month now. But it sounds like you won't be happy with a similar life, so please don't feel pressure to just marry some guy. Come out if you feel safe, but don't be with someone you don't love and desire. 🩷🤍🧡
