Inexperienced Bi girl panic

Is it wrong that I was thinking about wanting to visit a gentleman's club for a Bachelorette party? I'm not going to because I asked my fiancé if he would be okay with it, and he said it would make him uneasy. I feel bad about it now. Is it bad that I was thinking that if I went, then maybe it might help me confirm if I'm really bi? I mean, I've never been with a girl or anything, and I'm never going to after we get married. I'm not trying to cheat or anything

I only want to be with him, but idk somehow I thought it would help. Was I being dumb?

He asked me why I would want to, and I was too embarrassed to explain it to him. 😬 I just said idk, I thought it might be fun as an experience. Because I was afraid he would take what I was thinking wrong and worry that I want to leave him to be with a girl or something.

@TurtleGirl96 there's absolutely nothing wrong in wanting to explore and understand yourself better. Not everyone realizes that sexuality is not just about what we do, it's about who we are. Our sexual orientation is a lens through which we see the world. Being bisexual doesn't mean being "undecided" or unable to commit to one person, there's plenty of bisexuals in happy monogamous relationships, but because of negative stereotypes bisexuality is often seen as "a higher chance of cheating" and stuff like that. But that's not what it's about. Even if you're committed to your fiance and don't want anyone else, you still should be free to learn more about yourself! If you're bisexual, what's wrong with getting to know this side of you?
I get how widespread certain prejudice can be, but if your fiance loves you and cares for you, he should understand if you honestly and open-heartedly explain the situation to him and tell him how you feel - about him, and about yourself. If he's secure enough in your relationship, he should realize that it's important for you to know yourself.

It's definitely not wrong that you had the desire to do so. Being in a relationship does not necessarily mean you don't ever wonder what it would may be like with someone else, or with someone of the same gender. I say this as a bisexual woman myself, who is in my first long-term relationship with a man.

I believe you did the right thing by choosing not to go because your fiancé said it would make him uneasy. You could discuss it with him further if you wanted to go badly. Whether you choose to go to a genteman's club or not, just know that you are still bi even without the experience. Even while loving a man, you will still have the capacity to be attracted to women. All you need to be bi is to be attracted to two or more genders(in this case, men and women). You are still bi, even if people think you're hetero. Just in case that was a concern of yours 😊
