It's not always easy to figure out, so please take your time. If you find yourself attracted to women and not to men, you might be a lesbian. Do you want to be with women? Try looking up any posts and stories from lesbian women, talking about their life experiences and see if you relate.

@friendlyVillage8823 your orientation is based on what you feel rather than what you do, so if you feel attracted to women you can definitely call yourself lesbian even if you haven't had any experience with a woman yet. If the idea of being with a woman is appealing to you, physically and emotionally, and the idea of being with a man doesn't have the same positive effect, then it really sounds like you are a lesbian. That's enough for you to define yourself as that.

But if you also want to experiment and find out how it feels to be with a woman, you could start hanging out in LGBT+ places. There are places of any kind, not just clubs if you're not into that: look for LGBT associations, they do anything from volunteering to book clubs and movie nights. Of course a lot depends on where you live, but it's a good idea to start. Just remember to always be yourself, and also be clear with the other person about where you are on your journey and what you are looking for.

You don't always have to know the answer; being lesbian, gay, bi, etc., all just lies in who you're interested in romantically. Even if you don't have any romantic experience, that's completely fine; it's all about who you feel a pull towards, and it for sure can surely be difficult to figure out, and discovering these aspects of your identity can take some people their lifetime. Humans are very fluid creatures; sexuality, gender, personal expression, all of it is just a color wheel of blurred possibilities. We just pick the color we feel best aligns with who we are as an individual, and it can change from time to time, sometimes to a different shade, sometimes to a different color entirely, and that's perfectly ok :) I wish you a safe and supportive journey of self-discovery! Have a great day!!!
