I think for me it really depends… it was never a question of frequency (mostly) but rather about how absorbing it can feel and to how many hours it translates, particularly in low activity days or when working from home. Now i have been on “nofap” on and off for few months so frequency has dropped immensely and I would not be able to give you a good estimate, but I have had days when i “relapse” or binge more
