Beginner's Mind

A Beginner's Mind or shoshin as originated on Japanese Zen Buddhism is when we know more of a topic the more we are to closing our minds to learning more of this topic. In a beginner's mind there are more possibilities but to the expert there are a few. By open-mindfulness allows us to learn more on a topic, make better decisions and be more empathetic.
The beginner's mind allows us to be to feel freely of ourselves to a certain expectation about what may happen next redducing our stress or disappointment. The beginner's mind is implemented outside of the worl of meditation. When we are more open and curious in our lives we can unlock deeper creativity, flexibility and resilience to challenges.
Characteristic of Beginner's Mind:
Openess: allows us to see different perspectives of something and experiencing new new things
Flexibilities: increase our abilities to adjust to changing circumstances.
Curiosity: exploring new territory can prevent boredom, frustration and confusion when learning the new skills.
Acceptance: Acknowledges and accepting differencies is crucial to developing a beginner's perspectives.

How do you try to clear your mind of things and have a peaceful life?
For example, I do what I can to solve a problem. If there is no solution I let go. It is not always easy but accepting things I cannot change and letting go helps to find peace.
Short-term I use meditations to clear my mind.
