How do you practice mindfulness?
I practice mindfulness by taking moments throughout the day to pause and focus on the present.
Sometimes that means focusing on my breathing, noticing my surroundings, or simply observing my thoughts without judging them.
I find that even a few mindful moments can help me feel more grounded.
How do you feel afterwards?
Afterwards, I usually feel calmer and more centered.
My mind feels less cluttered, and I find it easier to focus on what is in front of me rather than getting caught up in worries or overthinking.
While it doesn't solve every problem, it often helps me approach things with a clearer perspective.
