Daily check-in February 20th to February 22nd 2026

As we go into the New Year, we want to feel more aligned and confident. While the bigger goals can be exciting, they can also be scary. It is often the smaller goals we go for because they can be fixed easier; bigger goals take time to implement a way of change, and how we proceed with those changes can be daunting. Changes entail daily practices and mindset tools.

Here are some ways we can make changes in our lives:

Belief Coding to rewire our stories: belief coding is when we uncover and release our beliefs, which are holding us back. This helps in clearing your emotional attachment to something from the past and giving yourself a stronger self-worth.

Manifestations and Confidence: This is when we have strong self-confidence in making something change in your life. The willingness to mind-control your feelings into changing something not going right in your life.

Planning and scheduling alignment: One simple way is to write down a to-do list of things needing to be done that particular day. There is nothing wrong with doing this; it is similar to a grocery list needed from the store. It shows you where things need to be worked on.

Accepting challenges: Accept the challenge it will take to change; keep it as a learning curve or blessing. We want to change regardless of how easy or hard it may be to change.

Exercising and Mindfulness: Any type of exercising releases the tension we may be feeling. Mindfulness can better quiet the mind into making these changes work.

Change is something I struggle with alot. Maybe find ways to celebrate change as it udually gives me anxiety and give up old mindsets as I can ruminate about the past alot which can make old habits come back up.

yeah, it's my belief that everything will go bad again like in the past or that I'm too late in age to start working or having a family, that I'm a lost cause and should just be some home takecarrer for my family. That the engineering or architecture or the adult world in general won't accept someone more "artistic" "comic" like me.

I need mindfullness to sort of embrace and by embracing these believes, see them from a third-prospective and see for what they really are just believes and not facts. I must learn to live with them.
