Hi Rumple, good to see you too. I think reminding yourself why you set boundaries is important to stay on the right path.
I learned that you HAVE to say what you want. People aren't mind readers and it's not fair to either party to assume they understood what you meant. Clear, direct communication is key.

Good point. Assumptions can lead to unwelcome misunderstandings, keeping it simple and clear in communication does help.

I love what my previous therapist told me: I don't have a crystal ball so I don't know what the future holds. That helps keep me grounded in the moment which has helped with my anxiety.

Just keep finding ways to help people. There is more happiness in that than in worrying about things I cannot control.

I learned to free myself from few limitation out of many.when I free I felt the ultimate happiness. So I feel it all within our mind. If we work on our mind everything will slowly come on it path.

Nice insight blindHeart12. At the end we're the creators of our minds, we get influences from the outside but how we respond and consequently shape our minds is up to every individual, for some easier for others more difficult.

I´ve learnt not to be too reliant on anyone else on any matter. I´ve also learnt that being an adult doesn´t necessarily mean you are a good human being. rather than seeing someone as my family or friends, I want to first see them as to whether they are good humans or not!

It makes sense observing people first. Nothing makes you a good person other than good intentions coming from a kind heart, whether you're old or young, your family relationship or a title.
