Daily Mindfulness Check-In January 19, 2022

✨Hello everyone! Happy New Year!!!! ❤️

It has been some time since I posted here but as we start the year, why don't we fill this thread with daily affirmations that we wish to remind ourselves every day. Sometimes we get stuck in our thoughts and feelings that having a mantra or affirmation can be helpful to refocus us as we take a deep breath.

For me, I want to always remind myself this year that "I AM GOOD ENOUGH". That even if I may feel doubting myself or experience some failures, it is okay. We can always stand up after a fall and failures, hurdles, or challenges are not really bad for us. Instead, they are a crucial part of growth. So, no matter how anxious I may be at the moment, nothing can and should put me down from being myself.
