Daily Mindfulness Check-In July 5, 2021
Hi lovely people in the Mindfulness Community, how are you doing? 
Mindfulness comes naturally to babies and very little children. They smell the flowers and watch the ladybugs. As we get older and have more to think about, staying in the moment becomes more difficult 
.
Today I live to invite you to a 5 min. mindfulness exercise. Observe an animal in your surroundings, it can be a fly., an ant or a bird, anything that is moving. Observe how it looks like, how it moves.

Thanks for sharing this wonderful mindfulness exercise
I do practice this daily I can say. I feed birds in the morning and yk so many parrots, pigeon, sparrows, peacock, crow comes to eat and I always watch them from the window that they don't see me either they will fly away. Sometimes I make video, that's really lovely scene to watch and I do focus on squirrel yk. There are so many squirrels here and they looks very cute while eating. So I do watch them for long time especially in winters. Thank you so much for sharing this. Nature is really so beautiful and I am saying third time I always love your pics you post. These two birds are super cute. 💖

I was walking on my terrace today as usual because of the pandemic haven't been going to the park, suddenly a pigeon came and sat so near me on the grill as if oblivious of my presence, and for the first time, I saw what pretty pink feet it had. It gave me such joy.

i frequently take a moment to observe my cat whenever i break myself out of concentration. i've always thought that cats' ears were really fascinating things about them. how they're able to swivel back to hear behind them and how they have that distinct triangle shape. i notice how a cat's back twitches often along with their tail. i also notice quite often how often they don't blink when i'm having a staring contest with her. i've always loved cats and they'll continue to fascinate and intrigue me
