Daily Mindfulness Check-In June 15, 2022

Mindfulness activities can bring us calm and make us feel connected to the present moment.

Today I would like to invite you to a deep listening practice. It is about using your sense of hearing. All you need to do is sit and listen.

1. Start by listening to the sound of your breath.

2. Listen for sounds in your room or the next room like for example the sound of your fan or someone talking in the other room.

3. Now listen for even further sounds like cars passing by.

Do this for 3 to 5 minutes.
