Hello awesome people in the Mindfulness Community, how are you doing?

Some days can be rough and it just feels like hiding somewhere for a short while and that’s okay too.

Something which can help to feel better though is trying to get out of your way to be nice to other people even if you do not feel like it. Doing this will help you feel good about yourself, and it will spread joy on its own.

The people I met here on the site are all very kind and supportive but let's make today a special day.
