Peace is when you feel at rest in your soul.
I am not feeling very peaceful at this moment in my life. I have a lot of changes I am making in my personal and professional life. Some changes are good and the others I have not felt peaceful about. I am going through therapy trying to work on those things and seeking out what I should do in those areas to find peace.

Not feeling peaceful is a restless state to be in, hugs. I hope the therapy will help you to find peace in all areas of your life.

I think peace & contentment go hand-in-hand, but I also think that peacefulness is inward silence. I am feeling peace in some ways because I am content that I have enough food to eat, I have a roof over my head, I have people who love me... But I am not feeling peaceful in other ways, like mentally: I am worried about money and my health and the state of the world, etc.

I should do things that I've been putting off, so I don't have them to worry about!

That's a simple but deep word to describe it - Space!
To me, peace means the ability to let go of worry and to gravitate to serene thoughts and emotions. I really feel peaceful, since I just finished a relaxing yoga session! ❤️

I can relate to your feelings after yoga - doing yoga, connecting with your mind and body, finding balance again gives peace.

Agreed soul, only when we accept life does have also it downsides and try to make the best out of them we can truly find peace.
Peaceful means happiness and being content.
