Fixing my lower back to help me have a better phisical and mental health.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yhkigA368mE

i work at home with my computer but due to back discomforts its quite hard for me to continue so , I am checking on ways to fix this

here is one of the video i watched, and also other videos of chiropracters who show you how to do things for fixing issues with stiff back,. so mainly i recognize 2 big problems.
1. being seated compresses your back and its bad for your health and sedentary is as bad as smoking,.
2 being standing up its better but being still too much is not good either, so moving around is good for improving health.

how does this affects me over all, while having a stiff back i feel like i have to worry too much on stretching several times per day to get my back revert to being stiff, and I cant do too much cycling lately or be outside too much, i feel like i have to sleep more to recover, so if i were to get better i might concentrate on going outside at least with my bicycle without being disconfort. so . my goals are.
1. be more active, still do work but be more active.
2. try to cycle every day and walk every day.
3. do some mobility excersices at home, moving the body around for getting out of that stiffness and loosing up the body
4 . keep up with streches and gym 6 days per week.
5. journal and plan ways of fixing my health and my isolation issues. and not being able to connect with people in real life.

thanks for reading

I reposted this here just in case :) so i feel better if people reply to what i write.

@okeyyyy I bet it feels good to be getting some sleep. Sorry to hear about the emotional things that you are currently dealing with. I haven't been on top of my workout game either. Are you shooting for any particular goals for getting to the gym or are there other things that you might do outside of the gym? I was thinking of getting some walks and biking in this weekend.

Take care
