The common mindfulness exercises help you notice how your body is feeling. Tapping into the spirit of power, body and joy is to anchor your awareness into the present state of being. The exercises brings together your physical feelings with clarity, and natural energy.

These exercises help you tap into your present feelings and thoughts. When practicing mindfulness you are paying attention to what you mind, body, and soul are telling you. Mindfulness is known to reduce stress, alllievate anxiety, and improving your cognitive functioning while promoting a healthier physical and mental being.

Mindfulness will allow you to step out of the constant worrying and negative thoughts. Mindfulness gives you the tools to alleviazte negativity, worry,stress, and anxietious feelings.  When we are doing mindful exercises we are training ourselves into releasing the tension we have been walking around with in the lastg few days, release any negative thoughts we are having about ourselves, and working on calming our body and mind.

Mindfulness can help you recognize the positive things needed in your life. Mindfulness can make you feel good when practiced every day. If you did 5 or 10 minutes a day in the morning it can give you a better outlook on the day ahead.

@pamharley003

Great post, Pam!

At the moment I practice formal mindfulness (meditation) at lunchtime and in the evening. In the morning I always do my positive affirmation practices, which help me to face the day on a better note and let go of unwanted thoughts.

@pamharley003

It helps me at night.

To process everything the day threw at me.

The ups and the downs.

In order for me to be able to have a better nights sleep 🩷

@Amanda84

I do it both day and night, I find at night it releases tension enough to relax me to sleep better. If I wake up in the middle of the night I go to my meditation place and releax again so I can go back to bed.
