Unlocking your confidence is to observe it without judgment or self-doubt. Building confidence does not come to our minds while we are practicising mindfulness it is also lookind to reduce a stress-fill day and go about your life without worrying.

Confidence comes from within you, no one can build the confidence for you. We have to let ourself know we can do this or we can do that, and proceed to do it properly. Family and friends can boost our confidence by saying we can do what we set our minds to believe.

People want to work on their self insecurities by going out there and do things we did not have faith in doing. When we reach a situation we begin to self-doubt ourselves with " I can't go out and do this speech in front of everyone" or " I can't leave my home because others will judge me". You need to build the courage to get over obstacles blocking our paths.

Self-confidence is the trust within that you can do anything you set your mind to do, telling the negativity to go away and go for the gusto and do it. Confidence is navigating your mind into doing whatever it is your wanting to do. Confidence comes within you.

Confindence is admitting you may fail at something but you gave it your best shot at attempting to do it. Confidence is a positive thing not a negative thing. You can do anything you put your mind to it, you just need that little push to go forward.

Mindfulness Meditation fior confidence:

Take a seat:  sit down and talk to yourself about doing whatever it is your do not think you can do. Tell yourself it maybe scary but you will do fine and push yourself into the task.

Check-in:  Take notice to what it is your trying to do, think of the steps in achieving the goal and walk slowly through each step.

Mindfulness of your body: when practicing confidence guide your body areas into the task. Feel how calm you are breathing, how relaxed your shoulders are and how clear you are looking at the task.

Mindfulness works with calming words: Tell yourself I can do this, I can succeed in the project at work or I can achieve what it is I want in life if I put my mind to it.

Gratitude: Give yourself positive affirmations when completing something. Tell yourself how proud you are that it went smoothly.

How can you rebuild confidence in yourself?

How do you feel after doing something you did not think you could do?

@pamharley003

Thank you for this useful information, Pam! Your posts are always very helpful!

I challenge myself with things I believe I cannot do. It's not always easy to convince myself, "Just do it; don't think too much whether you can or not; try at least." It feels wonderful when things turn out well, if not, I try again and again and again, occasionally with help 😃
