There are times when we are stressed out in our daily life and do not know how to handle it. Stress is when our mind and body respond to change, challenges and demand. It is a natural defense when we get frustrated, angry or nervous. this is known as fight or flight response.

My stress at work is neverending. Just when I get caught up on one thing, I get emails from supervisors on other things. There's no pleasing this company but I'm stuck here for the moment.

Being able to listen to my music helps. It at least drowns out other people's conversations that have nothing to do with work (& generally the people who seem to be always chatting are the ones who are constantly adding to my impossible workload.)

At home, I have the pets and I try to do pictures. Or write if the animals will leave me alone with the keyboard for twenty minutes.
