If you could travel back to the beginning of the year, what advice would you give yourself? Looking back at the year what would you congratulate yourself for today?

I'd tell myself not to be so scared of a colonoscopy, not to be so fearful that I might have cancer again.
(I had the colonoscopy, and there were no polyps, no masses. Yay!)
I would tell myself that yes, I'm still unemployed because of various health issues, that I need money, but that the antidote to worry is action.
Still, I dread next year...
