Mindfulness Check-In February 1, 2024

Logic games, word puzzles, and other mental games demand your concentration when you play them but they also help you to stay present.
What are one or two of your favorite games and do you play them regularly?

Seems you are truly enjoying them. Kingdom Hearts series seems to be very popular worldwide.
Thank you, Ami, for this wonderful and fun thread!
I couldn't decide on one. Depending on the occasion, one of these is my favorite (click to watch)
Cellphone: Unblock Me and similar games Word search games (there are many)
PC: Station to Station PolyBridge Crayon Physics Dorfromantik
I used to play puzzles often last year. Nowadays not so much. I listen more to music during the available chilling out time. But those are powerful soothing games to me. Challenging enough to engage my mind out of troubling thoughts, but not so difficult to be frustrating. So a nice experience.

Thank you for sharing! I find it's important that games somewhat difficult but as you said not too difficult to be frustrating!
Sure! Games are supposed to be engaging and fun!
Thank you again for this lovely thread!

I do the NYT word games, including Spelling Bee, Wordle and Concentration, nearly every day. Every Friday, I play Scrabble after dinner with a friend (IRL).
And I also like to do crosswork puzzles!
