Reconnect to your body with mindfulness
Daily Check-In June 5th to June 7th 2026
Reconnecting your body using mindfulness means bringing your physical and mindful body back to the present, by doing this it will stop the racing thoughts going through your mind, slow your nervous system down, and deduce stress.
When being more mindful means you are more aware of you thought, body movements, and paying attention to what is happening inside and outside your body. Mindfulness lets us understand about our life more and enjoy who we really are.
When you are present of what is going around you in the present day, things go smoothly for you. One turn of an event and we start to loose control of our happiness. There are ways to be more mindful in your life.
Notice the everyday: Focus on the beginning of each day and see what is going to happen for you, work, college, children etc. Focus on what you are wanting out of that day.
Keep it regular: Staying on a daily routine helps you from going off track. When things are in order you have no worries about bumps in the road.
Trying something new: Trying something new like a new hobby, gardening, walks in different scenery help you expand your environment.
Be mindful of your thoughts: Be aware of what your inner thoughts are saying. Some may be good thoughts, some anxious, and others angry. Our thought teach us when to work on things to come back down to the basic calm self.
Free yourself of past and future feelings: If you live in the past it is hard to move forward. Some think of the future when it is not even here yet - what will I be doing 5 years from now? or why can I not live outside my past. Live calmly for the moment and enjoy your life.
Many people find mindfulness really helps them, and others do not know where to start practicing mindfulness.
