Tapping into your resilience with mindfulness means involving building an emotional regulation, enhancing self awareness in yourself, and rewiring your brain's stress response. When you practice these tools it will allow you to responde thoughtfully in life and face life's challenges without panicing and being stressed.

Mindfulness will help you release the stressful times and teach you to focus properly on things needing to be fixed. Mindfulness bring you back to the present to work on things to calm down enough to move on in life.

Here are 5 ways to rebuild resilience:

Mindful breathing exercises- you breathe all the time it is a way of living, when your stressed your breathing becomes shallow, rapid, and keeps the body in a state of alert.  Mindful breathing will break this cycle and bring you back to a calmer state of mind.

Body scan and muscle relaxation:  this takes a different approach to calming down compared to guided meditations. this process involves tensing and then relaxing specific areas of your body and it's muscles used in that area.

Gratitude journaling:  Writing your stress and concerns down can help you look at what is actually making you not be calm and work on ways to stop the tensing and uncalmness in your day. You can write ways of working out something and using it as a way of going back to it and finding what solution helped you in calming down.
