Tools for finding Clarity with Mindfulness

Finding clarity with mindfulness does not need a vaational spot like the mountains, or an ABNBFinding clarity with mindfulness does not need a vaational spot like the mountains, or an cabin in the woods, it can be done in the comfort of your own home.
It can be done with guided video or music, environemental cues ( the surroundings of your home or a park or beach), physical work-out, and a place to ground yourself. Grounding is a wellness practice and physical ontact with the Earth.
Here are some ways to finding clarity:
Audio & Timers: using certain apps with relaxing music or a timer to time how long your wanting to practice. this helps to alleviate the fog and center your attention to exercising.
Environmental triggers: anchoring your awareness to being in the present state, ( the now ), and using your five senses to help relaxe you. This helps break the spiraling thoughts in your mind.
Phyiscal Breathing tools: methods like the 4-7-8 method or box breathing help regulate your nervous system. The box breathing is equal counts of inhaling,breathing,and exhaling out your breathing.
Structured Journaling: writing down your feelings in a journal so you may work on achieving a better piece of mind. You can write down three things your grateful for or engage in a 5 minute affirmations.
