Mindfulness Daily Check-In July 17th to July 19th 2026

Self-Kindess: Treating yourself with the same warmth and caring you would do to others. 

Mindful self-compassion is being kind to yourself without judging yourselves for your wrong doing and thoughts. We have to be kind to ourselves before we can show compassion to others in our daily life. Practicing mindful and self compassion exercises we can build our emotional resilience while reducing criticism toward ouselves.

Mindful compassion also builds our overall well-being, help us in navigating a better outlook in life, andbe graceful and calm. Self Kindness allows us to have a greater connection with our emotionas and physical health. Mindfulness is known to help with mental disorders, inlcuding depression and anxiety. 

Self-compassion can be tricky to adopt fully. Mindfulness is bringing you back to the present and have you not worrying about the past or your future.  We are known to be our worst enemies, and we need to love ourselves for who we are and who we have become, in order to love others. 

Self-compassion helps you focus on the distressing occurances happening in you life. By using mindful exercises we can soothe the thought and concerns we have into a calm and pleasant life. Mieditation helps you build awareness to the things happening in your life, stress at work, chroniic illness we are facing, home life and just being you.

When things do not work out as planned, I often tell myself, "Every day is fishing day, but not every day is catching day." It's a local saying about acceptance that you can't always get something.

I tell myself that this isn't the end of the world. Life has much more to offer.
