I don't personally have any, you?
I'm too giddy and mischievous for meditation 😁
@delightfulDay444 I tried doing that yesterday... And loved Dr. Kristen Neff channel ( which was suggested by cups ) ❤️

Honestly my favorite meditation videos are ASMR. Specifically, no talking and tapping on different kinds of objects and materials. It sounds kind of corny I know haha. I thought the same thing! However, it is definitely useful when trying to relax or concentrate while meditating.
@delightfulDay444 It's not a YouTube channel, but I use the app Insight Timer. They have a paid tier but they have a really diverse range of meditations for free. They are done by professional practitioners too!
My faves on there are Lalah Delia, Sarah Blondin, and Sharon Salzburg. Wim Hoff is pretty good too! Couldn't hurt to look them up on YouTube too!
Not exactly a meditation channel but there 1s this very comforting and amazing pers0n,, their channel name is Clawed_Beauty101. They speak up about mental h3alth topics and are very comforting ( at least f0r us heh ) <3

@delightfulDay444 This ::3, I must admit that I tried many things, but I found the guide's voice very annoying. However, with Headspace, I played the sleep music twice and came up with my own scenario. The first time, it took me 16 minutes, and the second time, 22 minutes.
