I feel guilty
My friend. My ex. I care for him, not romantically, but platonically. tho from what im observing he thinks otherwise. I dont want him to kill himself but like, he keeps saying im the only one keeping him alive. its so much responsibility for me that ive never even asked for, and I really really do care abt him. he should lay that on someone who is capable of helping him instead since he won't *** accept my help. He's a good person, but I can't keep doing this. I'm so tired. I jst feel so *** guilty cuz what kind of friend would I be if i dont try to stop him from killing himself. but at the same time im so tired and i have my own life and problems. and I'm a teenager for ***'s sake not a *** licensed therapist.
sorry for allat jst idk rambling yall have a NICE AF DAY THOO
i dont know if this will help but i have been in your exact situation about three years ago and finally have had the courage to let him go. i need you to know that putting your mental well being before others’ is important and you should not feel guilty for doing so. staying will only make you drown into his sadness, his void. nobody but himself can help him.
just be there for yourself. im proud of you
He definitely need professional help. For his own good. You can carry him on your own. Be there for him on that journey, but let the professionals guide him. I get that it is super hard to get him ti accept that kind of help, but it is the right way. I hope you pull out before he’s able to pull you down with him. All the best to you. Reach out for help.
Your not responsible for him and his actions
If he decides to kill himself its on him not you
You need to take care of yourself and heal yourself as much as you care about him you still need to focus on yourself and your life and needs ð©·ð©·ð©·
Please know you're feelings and emotions and thoughts are so 1000% valid! I hear you!! Much love your way!! Being a teenager is difficult as it is for one person to go through ( yourself) yet alone having a 2nd person ( him) to deal with
He needs to work on himself and improve himself as a person etc teenager years are alot
He needs to grow as a person and learn from your guy's relationship and take it as a learning experience and he too can become healed and healthy ð©·ð©·ð©·ð©·
Im 35 and I've lived through it

I understand that you have moral concerns. That's the main reason why you feel a bit stress on this situation.
Your willingness to care about your ex shows that you are a wonderful person, but I still hope that you can put yourself first.
It's true that your ex needs help, but it shouldn't be you. Instead, he should seek help from a professional psychotherapist. You have your own life. You don't have to be responsible for his mental health. 。゚ヽ(゚´Д`)ノ゚。
Letting him go doesn't mean letting him suicide. If you keep trying to "safe" himself you might get affect by the sadness and anxiety. His own mental health needs himself to change instead of letting others to change him. (´ー`)
Finally, I hope you have a pleasant life and feel happy every day. All the wonderful things will appear in your life and all the suffer will go away from your ex as time pass.
I hope you feel better and have a nice day! d(d'∀')
