Ways to Empower yourself with hope and mindfulness

Empowering yourself daily with hope and mindfulness is a practice of gratitude by engaging in mindfulness meditation and self-compassion.

You want your daily life to have a meaning and a purpose. When you create a meaning, you are strengthening your well-being and being fulfilled at the same time.

In today's complex world, where can we find the meaning and purpose that we need to live? Cultivating meaning and purpose is the key motivation we need in our lives. This can also be done by reaching our aim and goals we have set for our life. You begin to question yourself on what you need in your lives to be happy. You begin to question the goals you want to reach at work, in relationships, and with family and friends.

Here are some ways to cultivate your meaning and hope for what you want in life:

Cultivating Mindfulness—You gain clarity when you imagine what you want your life to be, and through mindful exercises, you may reach the goals you want.

Journal writing— When you write your feelings and goals to achieve, it is better when they are said on paper. You begin to see what road you want to go down and follow the paths you place yourself on to get to those goals.

Engage in supporting and helping others. There is no limit to how you want to help yourselves or others for that matter. It all depends on how much you are willing to give to yourself or someone else. There is no set time or correct way; it is how you contribute to doing it.

How can you help yourself empower what you want in life?

How do you feel after helping others?

It feels great helping others 🩷🤗

You feel energised.

Enthusiastic.

Warm.

Your heart feels fuller, like you are making a difference.

But you equally be empowered, it's important to have balance and cups is a great way to show that.

Sometimes people can take on other people's problems.

Distracting from what need.

And can let it take over.

It's important to allow people to feel supported but help them to find the tools to start working through things for themselves.

It's vital to check in with yourself.

And not take people's absence here or lack of reaction to heart 🩷🤗

Thank you.

The point about helping others is empowering. Thrombosis forums were a gold mine of information from me when my own medical team were out of there depth. My recovery was slow and gradual but I got there and have been following the same forums ever since sharing own experience where I can to try and ease others panic and anxiety.

Joining Cups has been like that for me too in a psychological sense, I took the 7Cups Oath today to hopefully get more involved.

I'm hoping mindfulness starts to feel like a more natural automatic part on day, one of my listeners suggested it has for her.

@RunningMachine

Mindfulness has helped me a lot and I plan on sharing the links I have read with everyone. I may even post the link to the site so others can read it for themselves

I value your posts and bookmark/subscribe to the links from group discussions. I'm actively being more mindful, some days more successfully than others and combined with journalling it has made an impact.

Next on my list is to build in intentions and affirmations.

Thank you for all your efforts they are appreciated.

In my journal I started writing on different pages things I find important and should dedicate time to Draw properly, themes of people I admire and want to emulate in their morals and principles, ideas big or small that come to my mind an on the long run could be done.

So I make a small "work of art" to sort of clystarize things I found to be sort of a Compass and Inspiration to me.
