going beyond my breaking point both phisically, mentally and emotionally

This last 3 days I had been cramping more activities into one day, like yesterday got up at 6 did a bit of reading, went to the gym, weight lifting plus reading, come back pick another bag to go swimming then went cycling to the place to learn how to drive in the car simulator, i was kinda dozing off while drawing on the seat, had the simulator, went back home cycling since i was falling asleep and i thought of having a meal after 24 hours fasting, eat in 30 mins  while watching short animations and barely paying attention since my brain was kinda fried and my body was super tired, had a 90 mins nap cause i was beyond tired, took the subway to downtown , went to get an eye checkup for new glasses since last check up was at least 10 years ago, then went to the gym nearby for swimming, since i have like 800 + gym membership. I am not used to being among people and the chaos that this city is, being overwhelmed with all the things to focus on, and being depleted of both mentally, physical and emotional energy. The forever struggle into lust when seeing women, neglecting it due to fear, since its easier hiding , turning into anger, hiding anger as much as possible, then that anger exploding a bit here and there in unrelated matters. Is hard when you see issues in everything, like the drivers course thinking that in 3 days of simulation and 7 days of driving practice gonna make a difference, plus me at my 47 years old trying to catch up in many things i havent done when i was young and becoming chaotic.

thanks for reading

@okeyyyy

It's not about fitting as much as possible in and over stimulating yourself , or putting pressure on the situation.

You are accomplishing alot, you should be proud and take it slowly 🥰

@DaveMarx thanks, certainly would need to do, or not push myself beyond braking point, is good to recognize my limitations 😛
