I know rightttt heat gets so unbearable 🥺 I increase alot of fluid intake, juices etc, and fruits, ice creammmm, air conditioner when at home ooof etc etc during summers. 😮

Hello Sunshine nice to see you here today! heehee if only I could fit in a frig I'd be set for the summer-lol😜Oh yes lets not forget to drink plenty of liquids during the hot times. Wowzers yes- I fill my deep freezer basket up with all sorts of ice creams. Mostly I like sherbert. We are getting a few days that reach about 90 degrees and we so far are only using the fans. The electric company raised its prices so we are going to try hard and be wise on when to turn the AC on.

The past few years of wildlife seasonal work I've been fortunate enough to have my jobs all take place in the western US, as opposed to the Midwest where I'm from. So I simply move from a humid heat to a dry heat. It's still hot, but at least I'm not melting and it's at least bearable haha!

Hi Dreams nice to see you here today. Oh wow your job as a wildlife seasonal worker does sound interesting. I can understand on the humid part as we felt it for the first time today. We normally do not get humidity high-but lately we been getting some good rain. So today it was only 74 degrees with 90% humidity😳Thank you for sharing
I use an air conditioner. Also eat/drink cold food and beverages like ice cream and slushies.

Hello Sailor good to see you. Oh man what I'd give for our 3 ACs going on full blast all day. But in reality the electric service went up in price- so we have to reduce when it goes on and not to put it so low that it is constantly running.
I will be your bf when the ice cream and slushies come out😜We make slushies out of natural juices-they are the bomb
