I made another venture out of my comfort zone and went into the Sharing Chatroom and had a long interaction with some awesome people. I did some Ice Breaker questions and had a good time. Thanks for the support and the encouraging words.
Still trying to not get so afraid and nervous. when I am interacting and gave some encouraging words to a few others.
One-on-one is still my preferred style of interaction so far.

I do believe that building deeper connections is an important aspect of human interaction. I think the value of face-to-face interactions is not the same as other forms of human interactions, because it is a lot harder to keep the most important aspects of such interactions.
Personally I definitely felt the efforts of these challenges times has impacted my connections and relationship with people in my life. However, I do think that because so much things have moved to zoom and other online platforms I do think my level of social interaction has actually increased a lot more than previously. One of the biggest reasons is because it allowed me the opportunities and abilities to engage in more activities both in my career and personal developments.

I agree that there's no substitute yet for such face to face interactions. But when times change we go along with it. Anyway great to know that your social interactions have increased during this time. :)
I feel like asking questions is my favorite way of building deeper connections with others. When we hear more details about the people we're talking with and what they're going through, we are able to be more specific in how we guide the conversation. Honest conversations allow us to be genuine with one another :)

Asking questions to really explore for example how people think, what they want in life is definitively a great ways to fully understand others and yes, honesty is fundamental to build deep connections.
