Savoring a good meal can truly create happiness for a moment :)
Focussing on the positive and gratitude changes our lives. I believe having some time out and playtime is important too.

And yeah spending time outside is also important, like playing outdoor games and family time is really happy time ❤
@amiablePeace77 @LovetoGod Also a big foodie here. I love baking and cooking new recipes. I also enjoy just sitting outside and absorbing it all through my senses. Although it does take some convincing to get me out sometimes. My dog helps with that by whining to go out. 🤷♀️😅

Baking and cooking are really wonderful hobbies. Well, I don't know much about cooking. I just focus on eating😅

I couldn't think of anything for this, so, I looked up what happiness means under psychology.
It says, "Happiness is an emotional state characterized by feeings of joy, satisfaction, contentment, and fulfillment. While happiness has many different definitions, it is often described as involving positive emotions and life satisfaction."
I do not know this for myself one bit, but, know that I want others to be happy and will try to help them, and like helping others when I am up to it.

the three most important things for me to be happy are my cat, my relationships, and my knack for art!! i think the happiest people make time for doing the things they love and spending time with their loved ones :)

Good relationships whether it is with people or animals makes life just better and happier for sure!
I too believe doing what you like and being surrounded by loved ones is part of a happy life recipie.

1. All my family is healthy and have their favorite hobbies and work
2. My personal data is on safety and no keyloggers are used to get access to my online personal information
3. I have the ability to travel and move without limits.

Nice that you're so caring about your familiy and securing personal data is definitvely important.
For me, it would be, my children, our overall health, and being connected to people I love and who love me. I think the happiest people make time for other living beings, whether it be people, plants, or animals. But when I think deeper, I think the happiest people make time for themselves.

I beliee so too - they make time for themselves and savor their life. A life with people you love and who love you is makes everything just easier. Children bring so much joy tol life (I know I know, work too ) May I ask how old your children are?
They are 14, 12, and a soon to be 2 year old♥️
