Lead with Love. Always.
Love first. Always. No matter what.
• Love and follow your hearts highest dreams to the best of your ability.
• Love your friends and family – even the difficult ones. Hold them as close as you can, even if you live at a distance.
• Love the planet. You live upon it, are fed by it. Every time you hurt it, you hurt yourself and everyone and everything else on it. Every time you care for it, you care for everything on it.
• Learn to love money correctly. Every dollar you earn is a unit of appreciation: you added some kind of value to someones life. Be grateful, not greedy.
• Love first. Never put money first – it has no heart.
• Learn to love keeping track of your money every day – what comes in from where, what goes out to where – so you can track trends.
• Learn to love changing your money trends so you can use money for love more efficiently.
• Love integrity: do what you say, or dont say it.
• Love honesty. Dont make excuses. Excuses weaken you and make you hate yourself.
• Love your hearts deepest intentions. Choose only the intentions you love to fulfill. Ditch the ones you dont. Your heart will soar.
• Love and do what it takes to keep your physical heath. Without it, your mental and emotional health suffer as your body crumbles before your eyes.
• Learn to love receiving help from others. If you are ill or down, remember there really are people who love taking care of you. Allow it. Youre not a burden to everybody.
• Learn to love saying thank you, and receive gifts graciously. It is mathematically impossible for everyone to give and no one to receive.
• Learn to love your emotions. Avoid holding them back – when you do, you end up feeling crazy, unloved, imbalanced and hopeless. Your imbalance affects everyone around you.
• Love expressing yourself responsibly: say, I feel so much __(pain)__ ! Stop making excuses, blaming others, calling others names, or doing violent actions. Express your feelings > the tension disperses > you feel better faster.
• Love and do what it takes to keep your mental health. Without it, you may not know much at all, or, your life can seem painful, hard and impossible.
• Love honing and refining your thoughts. Even in the worst circumstances, make your first thought, How can I add more love here?
• Love your opposition. Instead of reacting to someones verbal attack, say, Thank you for sharing your thoughts with me. I appreciate that.
• Love yourself. Obviously if you are in danger, get outta there! If not, sit beside your opposer, not across from them, and ask, How can I or someone help you feel better right now?
• Learn to love listening with your whole heart, without trying to fix others.
• Learn to love planning with love. Ask yourself, How will this activity/project impact me and others? How can I make the impact as beneficial as possible?
• Learn to communicate love. What are you really saying? Is it love?
• Learn to love seeing others points of view before you make judgements.
• Learn to love to forgive. Forgiving means to fore-give – love is given before anything else. Yes, its hard to forgive sometimes. We are every one of us, however, doing the best we can.
• Learn to love to forgive yourself when you goof. You are not meant to be perfect. You are meant to experience, feel, give, and receive love.
What does Lead with Love really mean?
It means that you consider what your very best self would think, say, do, and want – first – before you take any action.
This way, you conquer both life and death.
Because if you lead with love as you live, your heart will feel content and full.
If you lead with love as you face and walk into the Other Side, your heart will feel content and full.
You will know without a doubt that you are leading and have led the most loving life possible.

Wow pamharley! This was so breathtaking and exquisitely beautiful! What a treat to wake up to your post this morning. The sunlight is streaming through the window, warm and cozy in my bed and then getting to read your post... completely blew my mind... what a blessing! I got chills and goosebumps and almost teared up while I was reading this... This "place" from which you speak is so beautiful...It is almost like I can taste or touch this place of being in which you are describing.... I'm still a beginner on the path... but it's wonderful to know this beautiful state of mind, place of bliss and peace, is the path in which I am seeking and moving towards! Thanks for sharing!

Well it's pretty awesome and that's nice of you
Hi, I have a few questions about this. What if your family members are abusive, take pleasure in your pain each day, have told you more than once that they won't change, have traumatized you? Get worse when you keep them at a distance emotionally / physically? I find I can't (and won't, for now) love someone who hurts me deliberately over and over. Even on a basic, human-to-human level. I live with them for now but is this where keeping them at a distance becomes even more important? They just take joy in my hatred of them because it means they still have an effect on my mood. I don't want this. I'm trying to at least acknowledge that they are very broken individuals; however I struggle because it often feels like that empathy is just brushing aside what they have done. Forgiveness doesn't mean forgetting... but loving? Does that require forgetting? The hatred is only tearing me down & building them up in all the wrong ways. But is love the correct solution?
You can love without forgiving and you can forgive without loving. I think people do the things they do because of pain rather good or bad. I feel like the world runs on pain. Pain is turned into fear, fear is turned into anger and anger turns into hate. So when I get mad at someone or if someone hurts me, I want to hurt them back or carry anger in my heart. But then I remember that adding to the fire of pain will only make things worse. This world needs love to heal. Im not saying you should just be nice to your parents. Im not saying to forgive them. You can still recognize the choices they made and how they made you feel. You can say that your parents are mad people. You can still feel how you feel. You can be angry and love them at the same time. And I understand if maybe you want to hurt them too or want revenge but remember what I said about adding more pain in a huge fire. Pain is like gasoline it will only get bigger. Love is the water. @Lexloveslife
I forgot something. You have pain too and not loveng them is something that will break you. Don
@NicoleLovesKittens
Hey there, with all due respect, loving the people that hurt me would only keep me trapped in their control. I need to love myself instead, something I haven't been doing and haven't since I was a kid because my parents took that away from me and lead me to believe I was unworthy of love. They also severely skewed the word love for me. Whenever they hurt me it was "sorry, I love you" and then they'd do it again pretty soon. My parents don't know how to love and were abusive to me. I suppose I don't know how to love either and have been toxic to myself. While I can't change them and frankly can't love them, I do think I can love (and change) myself as I'm stuck with me forever. It's nice that you and others think abusive people deserve love but with my parents, it's not going to come from me, their "victim". I have trauma because of them that I am working to overcome while they are working to knock me down every day. I'm not going to show love or kindness to anyone who insists on hurting me for their own ease of mind, insecurities, fun, whatever. They can get that love from a therapist. Thanks for answering my questions so thoroughly.
@NicoleLovesKittens
I do appreciate you saying that people who are abused don't deserve it, and that people can forgive without loving. I think forgiveness can be beneficial as it isn't the same as forgetting, letting someone off the hook, or loving someone. It took me a long time to learn that and I'm still unsure how much I believe it, but it is nice to know it's true. I still have a lot of anger and trauma to work through. I think my sights have to be set on loving myself. Maybe some day I can love another person, even on a basic level. I tend to think of that as care, though rather than love. I'd be concerned if a stranger said they loved me :) anyway goodnight and thank you for answering. This allows me to reflect more on the subject in a productive way which is always welcome and appreciated
@NicoleLovesKittens
Sorry final thing because I am passionate on the subject... please don't ever tell another abuse survivor that not loving their abuser will break them. Whether it is a parent, sibling, child, ex, etc. Not having love for my abusers will not break me. In fact, insisting that I love my parents because they are my parents is gaslighting that they used to make me feel guilty. But no child is obligated to love their parents. Not loving doesn't always lead to hate. Sometimes it leads to detachment from toxic people and that is perfectly okay. Please don't contribute to any guilt tripping that abuse survivors may already feel just because we are taught to love family no matter what. That's all. I'm gonna unsubscribe from this thread. Have a good night.
Have you unsubscribed yet I would like to clarify a few things please. The world idea of love wasnt what I was referring to generally. @Lexloveslife
@NicoleLovesKittens
I did unsubscribe but I still get messages that tagged me. You can clarify, of course, you don't have to ask :) I'm sorry about my harsh tone last night. It was wrong to take out my frustrations here because really they're with my parents and it doesn't matter if I was triggered or not, it wasn't right to do that.
I had to think about everything before I replied firstly before anything else I want to say Im sorry for saying not loving them will break you. I never should have said that and I wouldnt like it if someone said that to me.it would hurt to Hear that. the healing process takes as long as it needs to, and no part of it will break you. unless you are causing damage to your self but even then to say that it will break you isnt accurate. Actually saying that to anyone at any time just seems like it would have the opposite effect then what you mean. I dont think your parents deserve love they really dont. Honestly they deserve the opposite. When I say love I dont mean kindness or affection. Some people think you would die for someone you loved and thats true but there are so many different types of love. But you dont have to love to move on and Im sorry for saying you did. How are we supposed to love someone whos hurt us. The ones who where supposed to protect us and be there for us. Became the ones we needed protection from. its so easy to hate and to be angry but thats not going to do us any good. at some point I confused forgiveness with love. And I definitely dont think you should love anyone just because they are family. I hate that idea but there your parents youre supposed to love them no matter what um no We dont have to and they arent really my parents are they.
.@Lexloveslife
Im not done I just ran out of characters @Lexloveslife
