Hi everyone, welcome to the Mindfulness Team. I am happy to see that you are interested in joining this team and supporting the community in the forums and rooms. We are a close knit team which actively supports mental health stressors, school and/or work, through the implementation of various skills. Our team and community is continuously evolving and growing. Please review the information posted below to learn more about the roles we are looking to fill in and our expectations from new team members

** Forum Supporter requirements **

* Start and Reply to threads and posts

* Follow members and listeners to create a welcoming community feeling

* Report any inappropriate posts to team leaders

* Be an advocate for mindfulness when you are on 7cups

* Point out the resources that can help people in the practice of mindfulness For example: Mindfulness Video Library Mindfulness Session Schedule

* Support and respond to the members making 5 post per week

** Forum Mentor requirements **

- Build up and support the forum community

-moderating to help maintain a safe environment for everyone

-Make 2 forum threads in any area in forums

-Support and respond to the members making 5 post per week

** Members-Forum Supporters **

-You have a basic understanding of the forums

-You love offering support in the forums

-You are a regular participant in your community, someone the other participants know and recognize

-You are able to participate in this community every week

-Support and respond to the members making 5 post per week

-Also you can make forum threads in any area in our forums

** Support Session Leader requirements **

* Lead at least one discussion a week preferably in the same time slot

* Participation in the Forums as a member of the community is encouraged

* Moderate room when open
