@RumpleSteeleSkin

i use mindfulness to remind myself of what is important in life and that is not me as an individual but as a part of a whole, it is me with all my aches and pains, my happiness and sadness, it is about embracing others with all their mistakes which are so similar to mine. hope you can understand what i mean.

"Intention" is to clear my own intentions of doing stuffs,saying words and noting the feelings. "Intentions" for mindfulness is to check-in my mind-machine and operations which is biggest tool for creating/ producing life. And I don't want to miss out the joys of life, going through busy days.

@scarletPear1945

HI Pear great you are heresmiley Yes-Yes and Yes mindfulness does help us to be present in many of our daily things. Mindfulness teaches us to focus within ourselves, to accept whatever we feel or think or our situations, as well as not to judge. I am glad someone told you this as they are right on!!!

oh yes and this Practice of Mindfulness is supposed to help us make space in our head by clearing out things as we make our selves aware of that Present moment which is all we really have so that is my intent

@RumpleSteeleSkin

Isn't the itention to find inner peace? So you're not so hard on yourself, you improve your life overall. You don't have to live in so much pain?

I'm still learning about mindfullness but from what I learned so far I got to this conclusion. Don't know how accurate it is but is how much has been helping me :)

@Booklover95. Hi Booklover99. For me, Mindfulness is not a means to inner peace. It is a way to be present and connected with my here and now, and trying to be non-judgmental toward myself.

Hiya Book good to see yousmileyYes some have shared that they feel that inner peace through practicing mindfulness. Also mindfulness teaches us on not to judge things or feelings and thoughts. But to learn to "live with it" and accept more. Book it seems to me you are doing fine with mindfulness. Be proud of yourselfsmileyheart
