That is a wonderful observation, Scarlet.
Oddly enough, some mistakes have incredibly positive outcomes. It all depends on ones ability to remain positive. Find sincere ways to turn things around by using those critical thinking skills, remembering to admit our mistakes, asking for help and learning from them.
We are all human and we all make mistakes. What we do with them makes us exceptional.
To always put myself first in a not egoic way.
Always let others breathe
Always respect myself and others
To be independent
To do always what's best for me
To never give up
To never listen to my negative thoughts just observe them

I love the fact that you can step back and observe things without reacting to those negative thoughts. It is such a gift from practicing mindfulness. ☺️
I have learned not to pay more attention to myself.

From a mistake I learned......my thoughts and feelings and ideas sometimes don't need to be heard, but just to know someone knows of them-is ok
I learned from my mistake to put myself first
I've learned from mistakes that they aren't mistakes just steps in my path. Niether good or bad, just lessons to be learned.

@Compassionatelistener108 I'm actually very in touch with my spiritual side. I'm trying to shift my whole mindset to see things differently, underneath all there is visible.
@healingFreedom25 that reminds me of a poem that came to me year ago
"Lessons on the way
Of what use not one can say,
But for now,
Just lessons on the way."
... not to give up hope of achieving "win-win" outcome too early.
@EmOnTheGo yes I always keep trying for win-win situation.
Sometimes I have to take the consolation prize: agree to disagree.
...that they always happen and it is best to learn from them.

I've learnt that unless I love myself and believe in myself, nobody else will!!
