Hi! I've just started going to a 5 week night course on Mindfulness based Compassion. I've been to the first class so far, and I found that it was really insightful. I am looking forward to going to more of the classes. I've also this area of 7 Cups today, because I'm hoping it will help complement my learning about mindfulness, and help me with actually establishing a daily mindfulness practice.
