Mindfulness Check In December 08

Hello, all of you!!

How are you today? I hope everyone is doing alright.

So I was thinking that some parts of the world might be under the snow, while some parts might start feeling cold. For some parts of the world, the night would be getting longer and for others, maybe days getting longer.

Nature is mindful.

And you could also practice mindfulness by paying attention to nature. Observe how the wind changing, or how leaves getting greener or pale. Or how the sky is at night. Filled with the stars? Or, filled with cloud and no star.

And you know observing nature can be calming and soothing.
