Mindfulness Check in- Nov 9
Hello Community!! I hope everyone is doing well. 
I am sorry for being irregular with my check-ins and responses here lately. I caught up in different pieces of stuff here and in life right now. I am trying my best to manage everything.
I want today's check-in dedicated to all those wonderful humans who are always there next to us no matter what day it is. They could be your friends, peers, partner, or 7Cups people.
Please take this moment to appreciate them for what they are in your life and let them know your feelings. If they are in the real-life, go and tell them and then share how did it go in this thread and if there is someone here on 7Cups, tag them in this thread and express your appreciation and gratitude to them.
I'll start with- YOU.
Yes, "You", the one here on 7Cups. The one who is reading this thread right now. I may or may not be interacted with you in a while through forums or 1-1s but you are in my thoughts. You are wonderful and thankful to you for being part of my life and on this journey of 7Cups.
Secondly, I want to pass my gratitude to the leaders of this community who ensure that we get something to learn and discuss every day. The one that responds to our thoughts, emotions and any queries ASAP. You are absolutely marvelous. and so your acts. Thank you!
And, a special shout out to our community mentor leader- Rumplesteeleskin. They are a perfect example of that string who keeps the pearls together and united to form a beautiful necklace. So biggie I want to let you know I appreciate you for each and everything you do here. I am grateful for all the moments you were there for me. I cherish all the talks we had. And I embrace the beautiful friendship we share! Thank you for being the best and to be part of our lives. And grateful for bearing me all these couples of years.

@ASilentObserver I want to celebrate my husband! No matter what... and I mean no matter what... he is ALWAYS there for me! He supports me during my darkest times and always finds a way to bring a smile to my face. He it my rock, the light of my life and I am so unbeleivably thankful that he chose me to be his wife!

@ASilentObserver this is a wonderful reminder to us all of showing appreciation to many who we normally do not see or talk with- but more so support on here. As well as those who are in our lives and so supportive of us. I try my hardest to show and let people know I appreciate them dearly.

I am so very grateful for my team. As a whole they are committed daily in their check ins, forum threads, thinking of new exciting things to bring to the community, also grow personally. I've had the pleasure of many on this team and then find out their butterfly wings are in. They take off and sore to do other great things. So to each one of you on this team I APPRECIATE YOU ALL!!!!
To the community- this team can not make it without each one of you participating and sharing your feedback. You are so supportive of one another, and show kindness. So to each of you in the community-I APPRECIATE YOU ALL

@ASilentObserver Thanks for the check-in. This is such a nice idea for an activity - it seems like I don't thank people in my life often enough.
I thanked my dad for being such a great support in my life, and how I always loved our talks in the living room together. He started crying right away saying he's tried to do his best for me since my mom died. Granted, he's been ill since she died with schizoaffective disorder, and emotional at the drop of a hat, but prior to her death he was a great dad and huge support. It felt good to thank him and I know he appreciated it.
I also thanked my partner (and our pooch lol) for always being here for me. I try to thank him often, when I think of it, and he was happy. He also made a joke that he was leaving on a trip lol when he's not. He always makes me laugh.
Thank you, @ASilentObserver, for bringing a little more light into my day with this activity.
@LovingSparkle, thank you for our chats as of late. I felt less alone when we connected. Thank you for reaching out to me.
Thank you to the countless listeners on 1-on-1s who have helped me through grief, confusion, and, most of all, my severe depression, including, most recently: @stubbley, @BeachDaze, @lavenderpeach1107, and @munchkinlicious.
Edit: my dad called me back and said that he's "tickled pink" I said that to him today and that it made his day. lol 😂

I am thankful for my daughter specially today. She is such a sensitive little girl. Her hugs are the best!
Thanks to Ami and Soulsings for showing up to host the biweekly mindfulness meetings. They're both terrific! :) I look forward to coming and being here with them for the meetings.
