What is something you can do for self care today?
I went to a senior center outing and was lovely to exercise and talk to people.
@soulsings That sounds like fun!
@fairyava thanks it was. I dropped in again and played some billiards just to have a change of venues.
I tell myself, "You've come this far. Nothing will be as bad as it was, and you've survived that much already! You're strong and capable and smart. You can get through this, too.
For self-care today I think I'll tidy up my room & do my laundry, then take a nice shower!
My boyfriend currently is my rock!
