Happy Friday . I hope everyone had a good week and holidays.

How are you feeling today?

In the following I like to share something about learning new skills.

For the brain acquiring new knowledge means permanent adaptation to a changing environment. Using this process our brain develops by rewarding its own attemps to absorb and process new information with the feel good hormone dopamine (unless medical condition).

We feel better, have less boredom, adaptation to changes becomes easier, decrease the possibility of developping dementia and much more.
