Hello everyone and happy Tuesday! 
How is everyone doing today? 
As we all know, 7 Cups of Teas birthday is here! This wonderful community has grown, expanded, and improved immensely as well as helped provide a great amount of support and understanding for a ton of people all over the world (including myself)! I am very thankful for being a part of this wonderful community, and I would like to wish 7 Cups of Tea a very special happy birthday!
Speaking of birthdays, we usually enjoy spending our birthdays with those that are special to us. As time progresses, life changes for us and we in turn change as well. We may not always have certain individuals in our life anymore, and so looking back, we often cherish past memories that we had of them. As a result, we become more mindful going forward in truly being present, aware, and active when spending time with those that we care for and love.
For instance, if I could spend my birthday with anyone, I would like to spend my birthday with my father. I love him dearly as he is my world, my heart, and my everything, but I sadly do not have him in my life anymore. As a result, I would love to be able to spend my birthday with him if I could spend it with anyone.
Therefore, I would love to hear who you would spend your birthday with if you could spend it with anyone!

@SaimaK I am sorry for the loss of your father. It must be tough to not have him to tell you of your successes and challenges.
My dad died almost 2 years ago. I never quite realized how big a part of me he was till he was gone. I would love to spend an afternoon with him. Go on a boat ride. Do some fishing. Have a meal together. These are all fond memories for me. Thanks for sharing this post and reminding how much dad means to me.
@soulsings Hi Soul! Thank you so much, and I am so very sorry for the loss of your father as well. It is definitely difficult to lose a parent or a loved one in general, and I also never realized how much my father played a huge role in my life until I lost him. Those are all such beautiful memories, and thank you so much for sharing this with us all. I understand it is not the easiest to discuss and remember at times, and so I truly appreciate it. I hope you have a wonderful and mindful day!

Sorry for the loss of your father. I'd love to spend a day with the baby I lost at three days old. I'd like to tell him how much he is still loved and remembered.
A day with Johnny Depp would also be acceptable 😜

Hi SaimaK, I believe your dad is still with you somehow and would want you to enjoy your birthday to the fullest.

Definitively my best friends in my homecountry, we do understand each other without language, we are all very similar in person Are you mindful on your birthdays more now compared to before?
