Mindfulness Daily Check-In June 1
Hello, everyone 
Expressing gratitude is a way to be mindful of what we are blessed with in our lives. It allows us to remember that in the midst of all the challenges and struggles, there are things which make us happy and joyful. Things which keep us hopeful no matter how worse the situation is.
So, we are entering into a new month, take a minute to reflect the previous month and if you feel comfortable sharing, list three to five things that you are grateful that occurred or happened in May.
Let's practice some gratitude.

Well, my twins finished their Undergrad studies
mans they both had jobs waiting on them as soon
as they finished school. I relocated my son two
states over from where I live. We found him a very
good place to live in a very upscale place. He has
the most amazing yard and relaxation area to
unwind and to relax.
Im starting the empty nest thing right now and
Im beginning to find the man I lost 27 years ago
before marriage. I also just finished my internship
with 7 Cups and I do my final monthly check in
and final evaluation on June 3. 😂 Im as happy
as a tick on a 🐕 back. Hahaha

You have twins? Me too. Though it sounds like yours are older than mine.
Mine probably are they are 24 years old. They were so easy to raise, they took the advice of me and their mother in life. Im just proud to call them my twins @brilliantTurtle89

Moving day! As I pack and load the car and clean the room where my friend graciously let me stay for the last 4 months I'm so grateful for her! Patios where my plants could stay too! Air conditioning! Love! Kindness! Tenderness and understanding! Patience and firmness! Feeling happy to be moving on to the next phase of my life!

Well, there is not a whole lot that I've done in May, except go to the awards ceremony for the Preschool to First Grade because my daughter finished Kindergarten this year and video taped it on my phone. Other than that...

Before I sleep at night, I dont say prayers or anything like that, but I go over random conversations Ive engaged in during that day/week and this reminds me who I need to drop a text to tomorrow, or a quick phone call, a funny snap chat, an apt gif just to remind that person that are important, Im thinking of them, i listened to them and remembered, for me, this is an active part of my mindfulness sessions because it's makes feel good/positive, being thoughtful of the person Im messaging. Ive been in lonely places, so I appreciate being on the receiving end of a thoughtful message, its priceless
