aahhh it is Sunday morning community
No "rise n shine" no "BEEP-BEEP-BEEP" this morning Just waking up when you feel like it! Now I say that is mindfulnessIt really is I tell you nuuuu lie!
So what are your plans yoday? Is it going to be a lazy day for you or many things to catch up on? I know mine is a bit more lazy but I still have to finish deep cleaning my house before a new work week begins. Anyone can be as mindful as they can. And we also know that for some of you work happens, family responsibilities, and other things get in the way so no sleeping in.

meeting someone at my storage to sell some old, unused, unwanted furniture if they show up, meeting a potential date for a hike up a hill if he shows up, and working to write for a deadline tomorrow. I may stop at the beach if the seaweed is not so thick - it's been unswimmable for the last month here in Southern Florida with all the hurricane action!

Hey Onward good to see you todayI need to do what your doing with my unused and old stuff
I just don't have the time to make meetings and sell things. But I do clean things up and bag up stuff and donate it to the food bank down the street. It is however mindful of not carrying around many things you/we don't use. Oh I do hope this person shows up and you both can enjoy some time together today. eewww seaweed is yuck!!!! I did hear about all that really bad weather in Florida. Please do stay safe.Also I do hope the beaches clean up weather it be nature or people cleaning it. I do know many of years ago I visited Pepsi-Cola Beach and it was so beautiful and very much fun to swim

Hi Rumple, I'm ok but not doing alot .Just chilling by myself and relaxing. There's nothing I'm doing today .I'm own my own and my mum's at work. Waiting for a guy to reply back checking to see if he's ok . I'm a bit worried but sure it's notjng. Just last time this happened and was having a bad day .Usually the weekends I mainly chill and do nothing as I work in the week doing long hours .Hoping to join those meet up groups which I haven't been to but it's work .I don't know when I can start that . It's mainly work and getting myself ready for work or the day to do stuff like organising my chores, helping round the house, checking my current details with places are up to date, managing money etc. No concern

Hiya Seeker wonderful for you to stop by todayaaww will a elephant hug help?Sometimes just chilling and relaxing IS being mindful too- and it can also be uncomfie. We are human and care and worry about another. I do hope he will be fine. I guess we both are doing the same thing. I am deep cleaning and getting rid of many things. It's a good feeling to know everything in the house is in it's place. It does sound like you are realxing and being mindful of "just being" today. hugs

aaww Misty-I have to much deep cleaning to get finished and then ironing clothes for the week. Making salmon for dinner then a long nice shower and into bed for me. Then.................another work week
-mindfully throws alarm clock at the wall, closes eyes again and enjoys the present not thinking of an excuse for this unacceptable behaviour, focuses on breathing, falls back to sleep-
