Mindfulness Team and Community is now taking time and being mindful of appreciating others in "Appreciation Shout Outs"
We know and feel loved and cared for when someone shares a "thank you" or we see a Feed Post with someone shouting out their thanks. We are hoooman and need this-right
So if someone on site has crossed your path and was helpful, kind,funny and well just needs a little "pick me up" please do give them a shout out.
So I made up a form that you can use any time you like as many times as you want. I will then add in the shout outs to the community.

Hmm-ok you better get a tissue and sit. I remember meeting you and I was scared :O Oh yes. haha silly. As I got more into mindfulness I remember we bumped heads and even tho you tried very hard on communicating right and kind with me-I would lose it. But for about a year now I so enjoy having talks, being in discussions with you, sharing thoughts on check ins, being silly in LSR. You have a kind, welcoming spirit about you. It is a joy to have you on this team and displaying mindfulness within you. Lately you have been so gentle with me on self care. And now week 4 Saturdays and Sundays I've had almost full self care. Thank you for being kind and patient to me. Thank you for showing me what it is to be a good leader. I appreciate you dearly my friend
@RumpleSteeleSkin you have taught me a lot about dealing with people. I appreciate our work together and for all your kind words. You really have progressed a lot in the last year. I am glad you recognize the value of self care. Thanks for being you!

Pepper, you're really the best role model I've got here. You're so supportive and encouraging if it weren't you, I wouldn't have been this involved in the community. I want you to know that you're the best mentor, and you will always be. You have inspired me in ways you cannot imagine. You've helped me a lot more than you think, I can even share problems with you and that makes it so easier for me. If we go days not talking you still pm me to ask if I'm okay and offer to talk if I'm not. I can never thank you enough for that.
