I'm trying to meditate/take deep breaths before I go to sleep. Dunno whether it's doing anything really, although I do tend to get to sleep much easier after watching a relaxing "guided meditation" video.

Asking myself what barriers are standing between me and the things I plan to do. Then doing what I can to make things work without disassembling an entire wall. Barriers won't jump out of your way, but most do have doors for you to pass through them one way or another.

@Laura One mindfulness practice that I do daily is meditate in order to regain overall calmness and my composure, especially when I feel too anxious, panicked, stressed, and/or overwhelmed.

Prayers - I have been trying to practice beginning and ending my day in prayer, and pausing to give thanks when opportunities present themselves throughout the day. It helps focus my mind and be more aware of my attitude and how I affect those around me

Drinking hot tea.

I used to not like tea but I found out it grounds me for some reason. Now I love it.

I knit or read or meditate depending on the situation. Today has been a reading day. Im able to check out and immerse myself in the book so the thought in my head stop racing around.
