I don't know if you lead the group or not but in Sunday there was a wonderful video regarding trust and loving yourself. I've been searching high and low for it. I found it so powerful. It starts wth doors opening and makes the statement " let down the walls of those that have hurt you..." could you please share . Tia.💗
